Transparent pricing. No surprises.
We work on fixed-bid projects with locked scope. No "we’ll see as we go" — just exact numbers and clear terms.
MVP
For startups validating a market hypothesis
fixed-bid project
The minimum viable path to launch: one core feature, clean design, baseline analytics. The goal — real market feedback in 6–10 weeks.
- Discovery + scope (1–2 weeks)
- Design system + 3–5 key screens
- iOS or web (single platform)
- Hosted on Vercel / TestFlight
- Analytics + A/B flags
- 30 days post-launch support
SaaS / Custom Web
A production platform for real users
fixed-bid project
A full-featured product built for production load. Right for SaaS, e-commerce, internal systems. Delivered in 2-week sprints with a Friday demo every week.
- Architecture for scale and growth
- 10+ screens, auth, billing
- Real-time, WebSockets, background jobs
- Security audit (OWASP top 10)
- Lighthouse 90+ Performance / 100 SEO
- Documentation + handover
- 60 days post-launch support
Retainer
Long-term partnership and continuous improvement
/ month
A dedicated team of 1–3 engineers on your backlog. Sprints, demos, reviews — embedded in your product team. 3-month minimum.
- 1–3 engineers + PM, design, QA
- Backlog in Linear / Jira
- Weekly sync + sprint review
- Transparent hourly reporting
- 4-hour response SLA
- Scale up or down as needed

No hidden line items
Regardless of tier — this is baseline hygiene, not an upsell.
Discovery & scope
Two calls, a written spec, an exact estimate — before we start coding. Not billed separately.
Design system
Brand assets → tokens → components, so the design-to-dev handoff is friction-free.
Security audit
OWASP top 10, security headers, CSP, dependency scan — on every project. Not optional.
Performance budget
Core Web Vitals 95+ as an acceptance criterion every sprint. No "optimize later".
Documentation
README, architecture decision records, an incident runbook — so your team can support the product without us.
Post-launch support
30 or 60 days included by tier — bug fixes, performance tuning, metrics review.
Four factors that shape the budget
No blind bidding. Once Discovery surfaces the scope, you get a fixed bid — and the math behind it.
Scope
How many screens, endpoints, integrations. Once we see scope, you get a fixed price.
Complexity
ML, real-time, AR, complex state machines push the bar — visible from day one.
Integrations
Apple Pay, Stripe, ERP, custom APIs. Each one is its own work item.
Timeline
An aggressive launch raises the budget — double team or weekend overlaps cost more.
Common questions
Don’t see your question? Email us — we reply within a business day.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Pricing covers development, QA, deploy, and post-launch support. Third-party fees (App Store $99/yr, Stripe %, AWS / Vercel) are itemized from day one and approved upfront.
What are the payment terms?
30% on kickoff, 30% after Sprint 0 (design approved), 40% on delivery. Retainer is monthly post-pay. We accept USD / EUR — wire transfer or Stripe Invoicing.
Can it be under $25,000?
Possibly — but that’s not an MVP, that’s a landing page or prototype. We rarely take it on: thin margin, high risk of over-scoping. Email us anyway — sometimes we engage in exchange for equity or a marquee case study.
What if scope changes mid-project?
Through a change request: new estimate, new timeline, new amount. We never quietly absorb new requirements — that’s the path to team burnout and a worse product.
